Dr Vidhu Modgil

Dr. Vidhu, an esteemed Senior Consultant at Suman Hospital in Ludhiana, specializes in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Infertility, and Cosmetic Gynaecology. With a profound dedication to her field, Dr. Vidhu is a lifetime member of several prestigious organizations, including FOGSI, ISAR, SAFOG, and IFS. She has also served as the Past President (2019-2021) and Past Secretary (2017-2019) of the Ludhiana Obs & Gynae Society (LOGS) and is a lifetime member of NARCHI (National Association for Reproductive & Child Health of India). Dr. Vidhu's extensive training includes specialized fertility training at IRM Calcutta under Dr. B.N. Chakraborty and a FOGSI Ultrasound Course.

Dr. Vidhu's exemplary contributions to the field have been recognized with numerous awards, such as the International FOGSI Achiever Award, the Nari Shakti Award, and the "In my City" award for women empowerment. She has also been honored as the Vice President of North Zone Yuva FOGSI 2023 and served as the Organizing Chairperson for the IAGE Punjab Chapter in 2022. Dr. Vidhu's leadership roles include being the North Zone Coordinator for the PAC Committee, the MANYATA Coordinator in Punjab, a member of the Drug Committee FOGSI, and a member of the Presidential Task Force Team. With a career spanning over 20 years as a fertility expert at New Life Infertility and as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Suman Hospital, Dr. Vidhu has a special interest in infertility and high-risk obstetrics. She has participated in and presented at many national and international conferences and organized impactful workshops, including those focused on saving the uterus and raising cervical cancer awareness.

Dr Vidhu is also actively involved in numerous social organizations and NGOs, heading the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on behalf of our hospital.
